Following surveys conducted in 2012 and 2014, we hope to help them continue to better understand their employees and provide them with clear insights into how they can maximise employee engagement.”

BMG Research was contracted in the summer of 2016 to manage the House of Lords Administration’s full Staff Survey for the third consecutive time.  This survey is intended to measure:

  • The change in attitude on key issues / indicators from previous staff surveys;
  • Assess staff attitudes to specific issues and themes;
  • Provide analysis for House of Lords management to identify actions to drive forwards change and improvement.

The survey will be running across late October and early November 2016 and will be delivered via a mixed methods approach consisting of an online survey sent directly to the work account of staff and the remainder receiving a paper version.
