BMG is pleased to have been commissioned by Ofwat, the economic regulator of the water sector in England and Wales, to undertake surveys across England and Wales.
The survey will help Ofwat understand customer experience with water service providers and take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
The research is being conducted via a telephone survey as well as an in-street face-to-face survey. In the telephone survey we are looking to speak to customers aged 45 or above and in the face-to-face survey we are looking to speak to customers aged 18- 45. Therefore, a question to identify age and water company will be asked up front to ensure we are speaking to the correct people.
For the face-to-face element BMG Research interviewers will carry ID badges and a laminated letter which details further information about the survey.
