Public Health England Survey on Parental and Young People’s Attitudes to immunisation

BMG is pleased to have been commissioned by Public Health England (PHE) to undertake a survey among parents and young people exploring attitudes to immunisation.  The survey explores these attitudes over time and informs the planning of the national immunisation programme.  The survey takes place annually and is currently in its fourth year.

In previous years, the surveys have been conducted by BMG’s experienced and professional researchers, interviewing at least 1,000 young people aged 13-15 and 1,000 parents of this age group face to face. However, due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic all interviews in 2020 are being completed by participants online. 90 schools across England have been randomly selected to take part. In participating schools, a year group of pupils in either Year 9 or Year 10, and their parents, will complete the online survey.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes and can be completed on any device.
