A BMG Poll suggests that nearly half (49%) of the British public are concerned that the UK General Election on June 8th could fall victim to outsider influence.

Many reports accused Russia of interfering in the 2016 US Presidential elections, which saw the election of Republican candidate Donald Trump.

Here in the UK, young people were found to be the most worried, with 62% of 18-24 year-olds saying they were either quite concerned or very concerned about outsider influence.

Fieldwork dates, methodology and a full breakdown of these results can be found here.
