The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) has announced it will be taking full ownership of and responsibility for all the operations of Engage for Success from 1 July 2018. Engage for Success is a not for profit, voluntary movement launched by former Prime Minister David Cameron in 2011 with sponsorship from senior figures in the private and public sector. Its aim is to raise awareness and understanding of engagement in the workplace.

BMG Research views this as an exciting development for the HR profession and believes the combined strengths of the two organizations will bring clear benefits in stepping up the employee engagement agenda. BMG Research has always valued the thinking that comes from the two organisations and we look forward to seeing what the future will bring.

BMG Research’s LEVI model of employee engagement

At BMG Research we have developed our own model of employee engagement based on the Engage for Success Four Enablers of Engagement. The LEVI model combines a variety of factors related to ‘Leadership, Engaging managers, Voice, and Integrity’ and has helped many of the organisations we work with understand and build on the engagement of their workforce in order to improve their performance.
