Essex County Council has commissioned BMG Research to undertake four Quarterly tracker surveys in 2014-2015.  The first survey involves mailing 16,600 12 page questionnaires to residents across the whole of Essex, asking them for their views about how the Council could improve the local area and its services.  Residents also have the option of completing the survey online.

Reporting the findings will include multivariate analysis to identify any key drivers of satisfaction with the Council.  Gap analysis will also be undertaken to highlight any shortfalls or over delivery in services provided by the Council.  One of the key aims of the research is to address Essex County Council’s Corporate Outcomes, and measure residents views against these.
