BMG is pleased to have been commissioned by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to undertake their first employee opinion survey for some time.

This is a chance for employees to let the Council know how it feels to work for them with the survey being administered to all employees (c. 5,000) either via email or post.

The Council has been through some challenging times and with a new senior team appointed in 2016 the results are eagerly awaited.

The questionnaire focuses on workplace health and wellbeing and will be used to measure how the One Rotherham Values are being demonstrated and embedded into the working culture of the Council.

BMG Research will develop bespoke analysis to calculate and present these findings as well as use the industry standard model Say, Stay and Strive which the Council has previously used.  This will allow performance tracking as well as benchmarking against similar organisations.
