In late April and early May BMG Research will be making calls to tenants of Clarion Housing Group in order to better understand how tenants use the repairs service. By completing in-depth interviews with 100 tenants BMG Research will be seeking to explore what prompts tenants to report repairs and whether landlord communications around this key issue need to be improved.

Note for Clarion Housing Group tenants: All calls will be made between 8am and 8pm and will be carried out according to the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct. Any answers you give will be treated in confidence (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and the findings of the survey will be reported anonymously.
