Our clients include central and local government departments, government agencies, housing associations, police forces, health sector and utilities companies to name a few. We are currently expanding with a new call centre located in Bellshill, Scotland. It’s an exciting time to work for BMG, are you ready to be part of it?
Summary of role
The successful candidate will be part of a team of call centre interviewers in our new Scottish offices. Working with the Call Centre management team you will help ensure projects are delivered on time and to the high standards that BMG are recognised for.

So, what kind of work will you be doing?
You will be engaging with businesses and the general public carrying out telephone interviews gaining peoples opinions on many different subjects. This is not a sales role and we don’t generate leads for other companies. We provide some of the most important government departments and UK companies with the insights they need to make some of their biggest decisions. We also help local authorities and businesses to understand how their customers feel about the services they offer. The work is varied and interesting and will help you improve your already great communication skills. BMG believes in developing its own staff so there will be plenty of development opportunities within Training, Quality and Management as the business in Scotland grows. Work should be fun as well as professional and you will play a big part in creating a supportive and positive workplace for everyone. A flexible approach to working hours is also essential to meet the needs of the business, so shift work and some weekends will be required. A background in research is not essential but if you have some call centre experience that may help, however full induction and ongoing training is provided. We can’t expect you to be the best if we don’t show you how to be.
