BMG Research has been commissioned to undertake Brent Housing Partnership’s (BHP) customer satisfaction tracker survey. Undertaking 600 telephone interviews each quarter, the survey will explore resident satisfaction with a number of different aspects of the service provided. Additionally, we will facilitate a number of focus groups with dissatisfied residents to gain a better understanding of what drives resident satisfaction.
With some residents having never been surveyed previously; this being the first time since 2011 BHP have gathered resident satisfaction; and using focus group to gain a better understanding to what drives satisfaction; this is an exciting project for us to be a part of, and one that will give BHP a real insight into how their residents feel helping them to shape future decisions which will make a real difference to the happiness of their residents.
