Not only does this allow us provide our interviewers and respondents with a faster more user friendly operating system it also negates the need for any paper based scripts helping us to fulfill our environmental commitments. Also because we are always connected to our interviewing teams changes can be communicated and implemented instantly.
Our dedicated operational team ensure quality is at the core of what we do and our commitment to industry standards is further supported by our accreditation to more than just the ISO 20252 market research standard, our management system is also assessed against ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO27001 (Information Security), something most of our competitors can’t match.
