“We are delighted to be working with HRA for the fourth year delivering their staff survey. In 2015 their employee engagement score was 81%, a 7% point increase since 2014, and we hope to help them build on this as they grow as an organisation.”
BMG Research was re-commissioned in September 2016 to manage the Health Research Authority’s yearly staff survey, having also managed the survey in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
The objective of the survey is to elicit the views of employees on what is important to their working life at HRA and how effectively they are supported in their work. A key aspect of the results will be to track the level of engagement staff have with their job and the organisation through the Employee Engagement Index based on the ‘Say, Stay, Strive’ principles. The results will be used to form an action plan which will endeavour to address key issues arising from the survey.
The survey will be delivered online with a link sent directly to staff’s work email account. The questionnaire will be made available at the end of October to all staff (approximately 200).
