BMG Research are delighted to have been awarded the contract for the Health Research Authority (HRA) employee survey, for the second year running. Established in 2011, the HRA is still a very young organisation and the initial employee survey carried out by BMG Research in 2012 sought to establish a baseline read of staff views, as well as aid the development of processes, cultures and values.

Numerous actions were taken off the back of the 2012 survey results and the HRA has undergone a number of wider organisational changes since 2012. As such, in 2014 the HRA commissioned a second employee survey in order to gauge the impact of these changes on staff and in turn influence resource and policy planning for the future.
