BMG appoints Lee Cartwright, pictured, as Employee Experience Director.
Cartwright joins from ORC International (now Engine Group), where he worked on large-scale employee engagement and experience programmes across a variety of sectors including central and local government, manufacturing, financial services, construction, energy and telecommunications. Prior to this Cartwright worked as a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry in the UK, and then the Middle East, advising organisations on how to design, reward, develop and motivate their workforce.
