BMG Research was re-commissioned in November 2016 to manage Your Homes Newcastle’s staff survey, having managed the last survey in 2013.

Your Homes Newcastle is undergoing a period of change following the appointment of their Managing Director in June 2016. This transformation programme combines a review of their organisational culture, systems and processes, as well as changes to their staffing structure.

The objective of the survey is to elicit the views of employees on what is important to their working life at Your Homes Newcastle and establish areas for improvement. Your Homes Newcastle wish to measure staff engagement to allow for a comparison to the previous survey results. The results will be used to help establish improved values and an improved culture for the organisation.

The survey will be delivered predominantly online with a link sent directly to staff’s work email account, however, a paper version of the questionnaire will be offered for those that require it. The questionnaire will be made available in January 2017 to all staff (approximately 872).
