Sarah Kitchen (pictured) joins from the National Centre for Social Research (NatCen) where she was Head of New Business.   In her new role, Sarah will lead BMG’s new business activity and increase its focus on excellence in client and account management. 

Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in social research and evaluation across a range of policy areas and methods, including Senior Research Director in NatCen’s Children and Young People team where her studies included the evaluations of the Free School Meals Pilot and the 16-19 Bursary Fund.  

MD and co-founder, Dawn Hands says of the appointment: “We are delighted to have Sarah join the team. We’re going through a period of exciting growth and are successfully challenging the traditional leaders in this space.  Sarah will undoubtedly enable us to compete even more strongly and make that growth increasingly exponential.”
