BMG has appointed Neil Samson as Qualitative Research Director.
Samson (pictured) was previously at ethnographic agency Revealing Reality, where he led behavioural insight and policy evaluation projects for British Cycling, FSA, Ofgem and other government departments and regulators. Prior to Revealing Reality Neil worked at Opinion Leader, a social research agency. Neil also has a strong background in research with children and young people having worked at GFK in the family division and Kaleidoscope, Barnardo’s and the Children’s Society before that.
MD and co-founder, Dawn Hands says of the appointment: “Qual is a strategically important growth area for BMG. Neil joins us with 25 years’ experience of qualitative research across a wide range of methods including deliberative research, ethnography and behavioural science. Neil is in a strong position to grow this area of the business and advise our clients on how best to conduct research that generates a positive impact.”
