Why are we consulting?
The delivery of new homes and improved neighbourhoods in South Kilburn is underway, and design has started on two sites in the area with a programme to submit planning applications in late 2011/ early 2012.

These new developments are being designed by some of the country’s most talented architects:
-  New housing on the site of Bronte and Fielding House designed by Alison Brooks Architects and Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands Architects
-  New housing on the Queen’s Park Area site encompassing Keniston Press, the station car park, Premier House, the Falcon Public House, Cullen House and London Transport offices. The site is being designed by Maccreanor Lavington

Residents and all stakeholders are being given the opportunity to review the ideas and emerging designs at three New Homes Exhibitions/ Design reviews for each site. Details of the events are provided below.

Bronte and Fielding House:
27th July, 3pm-7pm, Marion Centre, Stafford Road, NW6
5th October, 3pm–8pm, Marion Centre, Stafford Road, NW6
30th November, 3pm-8pm, Marion Centre, Stafford Road, NW6

Queen’s Park Station Area:
10th August, 3pm-7pm, St. Luke’s Church, Fernhead Road, W9
16th November, 3pm–8pm, St. Luke’s Church, Fernhead Road, W9
29th February, 3pm–8pm, St. Luke’s Church, Fernhead Road, W9
