BMG Research has extensive experience of working with a range of organisations involved in business support, including the Small Business Service and the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform. We regularly undertake programmes of customer satisfaction research as well as studies into awareness and perceptions of these organisations. Across BMG, we have very many years’ experience of effectively engaging with all sectors of the business community, and we use this experience to encourage effective participation in research across a number of methodologies including depth interviewing and mystery shopping as well as surveys of all sizes. |
