Tenant Satisfaction Surveys – BMG Research builds on previous work with Birmingham City Council and Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing

BMG Research’s Housing Team has once more been selected to undertake Tenant Satisfaction Surveys on behalf of Birmingham City Council and Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing (KNH). The Team are delighted to be working with both clients having completed similar surveys for Birmingham City Council in 2009 and 2010 and every year since 2006 for KNH.

For Birmingham City Council, questionnaires are being sent to 7,000 General Needs and Sheltered tenants, with 1,500 tenants of KNH receiving the KNH survey questionnaire. For both clients, the 2011/2012 surveys will provide continuity with the research from previous years, but also include elements from the STAR Survey.
