Customer Satisfaction Surveys; continuing the relationship

Customer Satisfaction Surveys; continuing the relationship

The Housing Team at BMG Research is delighted to be working once more with Eastbourne Homes, Stevenage Homes and with Venture Housing Association. Customer satisfaction surveys are being sent to over 2,000 General Needs tenants, Sheltered tenants and Leaseholders on behalf of Eastbourne Homes. BMG Research conducted STATUS Surveys on behalf of Eastbourne Homes in 2008 and 2009.

Stevenage Homes is another landlord which BMG Research has worked with before, in 2009. Once again, 2,500 General Needs tenants will be asked to give their views on the services provided by their landlord. BMG Research previously conducted STATUS Surveys in 2009 and in 2010 with General Needs tenants, Sheltered tenants, Supported tenants and Leaseholders on behalf of Venture Housing Association. The 2011 surveys will provide continuity with the research from previous years, but also include elements from the STAR Survey.
