BMG Research was recently commissioned by Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) to manage their quarterly customer satisfaction programme. The STATUS replacement, the Standard Tenant And Resident Survey (STAR) is soon to be launched and both BMG and SARH are keen to take advantage of the flexibility of STAR and are working closely to develop a bespoke questionnaire that will best meet the needs of SARH. |
