Helping young people to achieve – an Interim evaluation of the Reach the Heights programme

BMG has been commissioned by the Welsh Assembly Government to undertake an interim evaluation of the Reach the Heights programme, which aims to reduce the number of young people in Wales who are not in education, employment or training (or at risk of not being so).

The programme, which is supported by the European Social Fund and covers all of the convergence areas in Wales, began in 2009 with an anticipated end date of September 2013. BMG is working collaboratively with Wavehill Consulting to explore progress in delivery and projected targets with project sponsors and organisations who are delivering a range of interventions and support to young ‘at risk’ and disadvantaged young people.
