BMG Research has been commissioned by the Department for Children Education Lifelong Learning and Skills (DCELLS), Welsh Assembly Government, to undertake exploratory qualitative work with school headteachers and governors to explore their understanding and views of community cohesion in the education sector and to identify the range of activities that are underway in education. |

The research will provide an assessment of the extent to which there is a need to further promote community cohesion, and recommendations for how this may be done to feed into Welsh Assembly Government?s cohesion strategy.
