BMG Research has just completed the fifth quarter of customer satisfaction research on behalf of Glasgow Housing Association (GHA), Scotland’s largest landlord. The surveys measure satisfaction across a range of customer groups including those who have recently had a repair completed to their home and those who have been allocated a property. Over the five quarters BMG Research has completed over 8,000 telephone interviews with GHA’s customers. |
