We have experience of working with local authorities, regional arts bodies and audience development organisations, amongst others.

The UK’s cultural industries remain, however, greatly under researched – despite great efforts from many in the sector.

As the sector continues to grow in importance within the UK’s economy, we’re proud to be leading the way in terms of research. And we recognise that cultural participation is not a stand alone issue; the issues involved in developing participation cut across many other areas of our work such as health and wellbeing, lifelong learning, social inclusion, community building and is influenced by transport, environment, local security and accessibility.
