Newport City Homes has awarded BMG Research its 2012 Resident Satisfaction Survey. This is the 25th ‘STAR’ Survey for the Housing Team at BMG Research. The contract involves a census of all 9,750 residents and will be Newport City Home’s first residents’ satisfaction survey since it came into existence in March 2009. Peter Davies, Associate Account Director (Housing), said; “We are delighted to be working with Newport City Homes on this project and to have been awarded such a prestigious contract”.

Whilst Newport City Homes is a new client for the Housing Team at BMG Research, over the next two to three months, the team will also be working with Coastline Housing, Bromsgrove District Housing Trust, Greenfields Community Housing and Blackpool Coastal Housing. BMG Research completed the most recent STATUS Surveys for each of these landlords and is pleased that they have re-commissioned BMG Research to work on STAR.
