A Local authority in the South East of England has commissioned BMG to manage a consultation about the future of its leisure services.

As a local leisure centre approaches the end of its working life this authority has chosen BMG to conduct 500 face to face interviews in the centres' catchment area to establish existing levels of centre usership and what exactly the replacement centre should contain. The overall objective is to ensure that the new centre is configured to local needs and preferences, maximising the community benefit of this capital investment.
