BMG Research addresses Joint Tenants’ Conference

BMG Research addresses Joint Tenants’ Conference

On Saturday 26th March 2011, Peter Davies, Associate Account Director (Housing), presented the keynote session at the Joint Tenants’ Conference for four landlords which provide housing services across the counties of Stirling and Clackmannanshire. The presentation was the culmination of the Tenants’ Satisfaction and Aspiration surveys each of the landlords had, in the summer of 2010, commissioned BMG Research to undertake. In total, BMG conducted almost 1,700 face to face interviews with General Needs Tenants for Forth Housing Association, Ochil View Housing Association, Rural Stirling Housing Association and Stirling Council.

BMG’s interviewing team completed surveys not only with tenants resident in the City of Stirling and other urban centres, but also in more remote communities, such as in Killin on the shores of Loch Tay. The results from the surveys are now being used by each of the landlords to review service provision across a range of activities including repairs and maintenance, resident engagement, information provision and enquiry handling.
