On-line Employee Survey sets Standards
On-line Employee Survey sets Standards

BMG is currently undertaking an employee survey on behalf of the Standards Board for England. The survey is in field via a BMG-hosted website, with hard copy completion optional. Questions contained in the survey cover areas including working at the organisation, leadership and supervision, recognition and reward, organisational efficiency, internal communications and general views on career development.

The results, which will be presented in April, will help the client to assess ways of improving the working lives of staff and of shaping the organization, which has recently taken on a new role as a strategic regulator.
